Connection to INNKR DiagBox
When you connect INNKR DiagBox to your eBike for diagnosis or updates, we will process the device – related data so that to meet your request, configure the eBike, process updating, and other device -related service.
Digital service records
We will process your personal data, including the eBike ID, service details, mileage, to create a digital service history for your eBike. The history records includes changes, updates, services performed on your eBike. In addition, eBike dealers or after-sales service workers are allowed to access your digital service records according to the contract.
Analysis and marketing
As technically unnecessary cookies, analysis and marketing are used by us to well understand your behavior on our web and to show the information about our product and related information based on your interests.
