INNKR was founded by Charles, an eBike industry veteran with more than a decade of experience spanning product development, manufacturing, sales and business management.

Since entering the industry in 2011, he has been involved in building eBike drive systems from the ground up as a dedicated engineer. With academic backgrounds in automation and computer science, Charles combines expertise in software, electronics and mechanical systems with a deep understanding of market needs and experience in lean production.

As an active road rider and mountain biker, he believes the best products are created when technology meets real riding experience.

This rider-first mindset continues to shape every decision at INNKR — from system architecture and software design to diagnostics, serviceability and riding feel.
