We sell our INNKR system to all the eBike brands based on their demand. To avoid any misunderstanding, incorrect deliveries, pls help to contact your bike brand for spare parts purchase.
Tampering can result in immediate security and safety concerns, disrupting normal operational functions and causing a significant risk of personal injury, while also voiding standard warranty terms.
All INNKR displays can be exchanged. However, it is suggested to be changed by the local dealer of the brand. It is not possible to change INNKR display with other displays.
There are two versions for INNKR Hub Motor System: regular INNKR Hub Motor System without BLE function and 4G, Smart Hub Motor System with BLE or 4G. If your eBike is equipped with the later version, you can connect the eBike with your smartphone.
